“My items haven't shipped yet - USPS is still awaiting the item. The only updates I have show that pre-shipment info has been sent. I bought these nearly two weeks ago with 4-6 business day shipping, and am just hoping that they'll be on their way soon (it has now been 8 business days). The designs look cute on the website, but I'm starting to get nervous that they're lost or not going to be shipped at all.”

“I placed an order during the big Black Friday sale on 11/18. I received a shipping notification the next day. A few days later I received a notification that my selected items were sold out & I needed to pick alternate items. After much back in forth with more selections unavailable, I finally received notification that everything picked was available. That was over a week ago & I have yet to receive my order or an updated shipping notification that it is on its way. Additionally, according to this review request, the order is still NOT CORRECT!!! I understand that it is a busy season but still very disappointing experience.”

I had an issue with sizing on one pair of boxers where I ordered the wrong size and knotty’s customer service was super helpful and took care of my issue right away! “The boxer boy shorts that I ordered are to big I consulted someone online who recommended what size to order according to my measurements but they are to big. I usually were a XXL (20) and what was recommended to me was the 5XL. The legs rolled up when I put my jeans on and the waist is really sloppy.”
