“I placed an order during the big Black Friday sale on 11/18. I received a shipping notification the next day. A few days later I received a notification that my selected items were sold out & I needed to pick alternate items. After much back in forth with more selections unavailable, I finally received notification that everything picked was available. That was over a week ago & I have yet to receive my order or an updated shipping notification that it is on its way. Additionally, according to this review request, the order is still NOT CORRECT!!! I understand that it is a busy season but still very disappointing experience.”

I had an issue with sizing on one pair of boxers where I ordered the wrong size and knotty’s customer service was super helpful and took care of my issue right away! I already have a second order placed with them”
“These are so nice. My only fret however is one of my pair has a small tear after a few uses ON THE CONTRARY it's just one and the other 2 pairs with same amount of use time are still perfect (I don't blame them as small issues here and there tend to be simple errors that happens in any business)”
