Never ever. 3 years paid monthly cover plan and accident damage happend with my ipad.My son dropped in bath. Is not neglect or misuse. is happend. Knowhow bring me back my ipad and letter with canceling insurance and item not fixed or replaced. Job ref. 496518.
I have to go to Citizen Advice Bureau to check my rights and send letter to Small Claim Court.
I hope to sort this before court. im not happy. 3 years paid cover insurance (7 euro by 36 months=252 euro paid ).115 euro cost insurance in DID for this ipad and cover every accident. I paid double price and still not under agreement!!!
