“they do not take returns. They say on their site that they do but when you try to return somthng they just mess you around and refuse to answer emails. They have no phone number so there is nothing you can do.”

THERE MUST BE FINEPRINT which is not easily apparent .... I've researched this and it is a MAJOR issue with this site.
This is misleading and underhanded. I am having terrible issues trying to have this money refunded.

“I made an order 9 days ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it hasn't moved from their warehouses. Unable to find any information online about the seller on their marketplace from whom i baught the product. Kogan take no responsibility for the order. Aaand they keep sending spam. The only reason i ordered it is because they were the only ones with the desired delivery times but they don't honour what they claim. Avoid at all cost.”
“Avoid Kogan at any cost. Three times they have strung me along, saying that my item will be shipping soon, until it finally comes to the due date and then they cancel. Horrible performance and a complete waste of time. Also, as soon as I ordered and paid for my item the first time, I was immediately bombarded with phishing scams by SMS, trying to steal my information and charge me additional fees to my credit card. The timing of this was too accurate to just be a coincidence. BUYER BEWARE!”
“Kogan.com is an online retailer that offers products at discounted prices.
I purchased a Brand new Galaxy S8 for my brother from Kogan.com, and received it around a week later. I was disappointed that the package was opened, however the phone still had the plastic protector on it so at least the phone was in New condition. I am not sure why the package was opened, as all the accessories were still in there and nothing seemed to be replaced, even the charger which was a European charger (I live in Australia) was in there!
They did provide a third party Australian charging adapter which is appreciated, but being a mobile phone repair technician, I know the risks of using third party charging adapters that do provide unstable electrical supply, causing voltage spikes and ultimately irregularities that will present themselves in the future.
Overall the service was acceptable I was able to get my brother the phone he wanted at a discounted price, but I would've been much happier if the package was sealed so I would have peace of mind!”
