“Purchased a refurbished set of Bose Earbuds. Turns out that it was missing parts and not refurbished, just used.
Created an escalation with the Kogan team and eventually went back and forth for over 2 months (bought 2nd January) before I finally got a refund from my credit card dispute.
Do not recommend buying anything off Kogan even if the prices seem great as you'll have a nightmare if you need any help
@Kogan you should also ban sellers from your marketplace that submit misleading products including Digi Legion whom was unresponsive and dragged out the process for as long as possible. I submitted a request on January 8th, shipped the items back on Feb 18 then spent another 5 weeks waiting for a refund although they said the item was received and I would receive a refund within "5-7 days"”
“they do not take returns. They say on their site that they do but when you try to return somthng they just mess you around and refuse to answer emails. They have no phone number so there is nothing you can do.”

THERE MUST BE FINEPRINT which is not easily apparent .... I've researched this and it is a MAJOR issue with this site.
This is misleading and underhanded. I am having terrible issues trying to have this money refunded.
My advice is just avoid this website at all costs.”
“I made an order 9 days ago, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it hasn't moved from their warehouses. Unable to find any information online about the seller on their marketplace from whom i baught the product. Kogan take no responsibility for the order. Aaand they keep sending spam. The only reason i ordered it is because they were the only ones with the desired delivery times but they don't honour what they claim. Avoid at all cost.”
“Avoid Kogan at any cost. Three times they have strung me along, saying that my item will be shipping soon, until it finally comes to the due date and then they cancel. Horrible performance and a complete waste of time. Also, as soon as I ordered and paid for my item the first time, I was immediately bombarded with phishing scams by SMS, trying to steal my information and charge me additional fees to my credit card. The timing of this was too accurate to just be a coincidence. BUYER BEWARE!”
