“I got my order in the time it was supposed to arrive which was good, because I hate waiting for something longer than I have to. I got the product and was pleasantly surprised with how good the quality was as I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to online orders. The fabric isn't everything I thought it would be, but I can honestly say I'm happy with the product I've received.”

“I ordered a t-shirt and I received exactly what I wanted/expected so I'm very happy. Only thing I'd have to say is it's better to be careful and order your clothes at least a size bigger than your normal size because they're a little bit smaller on the website and the shipping takes a while but it's free so I'm not complaining!”

“Great products with overall good quality. The t-shirt wasn't the best quality though, unfortunately, and the cap could've been slightly better quality. Phone case is fantastic though. Also, delivery was quite slow. Overall happy with my order however!”

“Really happy with my order. I get so many compliments on my skirt and the choker is so cute! The only thing with the skirt is the hole for the button is fake so it does ot button unless you cut through it. Im not sure if this is by design pr not but i found the skirt did not fit me well unbuttoned. The orders arrived separately and took approx. 2-3 weeks to arrive, Overall very happy:)”

“Really lovely store. When i recived an item that didn't fit me the customer service was amazing and some of the best i have ever recived. The jacket i ordered was great quality . Exactly as described although lighter fabric than first thought. Really lovely x”

“After chasing the item I bought for over two months, it never showed up. I was then strung along waiting for a refund, which took a very long time to come through. A generally miserable experience from a company I thought was reasonable judging from a previous purchase a while ago. The clothes are pretty cool, but with all the hassle it takes to try and get them I just won't bother again.”

“I'm still trying to contact Kogiketsu but its complete silence on their end. I have tried for months and I demand a refund. Their website still says "Under Construction" Yea right it takes over 1 month to make your website..”
