“They sold me a faulty gun”

“The gun they sold me broke within a couple of months. I emailed them but received no reply. After a week I emailed again still no reply. Having then read the reviews on this outfit I assumed I would never hear from them so I dumped the broken gun. Eventually after 3weeks they contacted me and suggested I return it to them. I explained I had dumped it and why. Needless to say I have heard no more. I would never use them again.”

“I ordered 2 silver M1911 mags. 1 was fine, untouched, the other had the packaging open and was faulty (the plastic thing at the top of the spring had snapped off). I've sent about 5 emails over a couple of weeks and tried ringing. No reply to emails and phone just hangs up instantly. Cowboys.”

“bought two BBGs first ok second gas bb faulty still awaiting their reply to my questions about what they will do to put it right. I suppose I've got a long wait by the looks of what I see here! if your thinking of buying from them dont.”

“SCAMMERS STAY AWAY! My item arrived but it was faulty. I emailed them straight way. It’s been over TWO WEEKS without a response. I’ve tried calling their telephone, but it doesn’t work. As their phone is ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF. They DONT answer to emails or telephone calls. Terrible experience, stay away.”

“Terrible, awful! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS They won’t answer to your emails. They sold me a faulty BB gun. It’s been almost TWO WEEKS without a reply. I’m getting frustrated. I’ve tried calling their telephone number MULTIPLE TIMES but had no response, as the telephone is always switched off. Its ridiculous how these “businesses” are allowed to operate. Seems Like they are SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY! They barely deserve 1 star!”

“Ordered two items costing over £300 only to be told that they were out of stock, promised a full refund, five days later still no refund and no response from emails. Will escalate to a claim in PayPal, AVOID!”

“taken money. no gun arrived to date. emails not replied to. phone line cuts off after two rings for past 3 days. not able to log into my account anymore but if you try to purchase another gun - the website lets you log into your account to make the purchase only - not to view your current orders.”

“Ok so I wanted a BB gun to mess about with so order a £50 kit with machine gun, hand gun, pellets and target's. Hand gun was fine but machine gun wouldn't work. Please do not buy from kombatkit they don't reply to emails And the guns are rubbish.”
