“I've been looking for a healthy protein snack without nasty preservatives, for my child who doesn't like to eat a lot of meat. These are perfect, we can grab them on the run, or I put them in the school lunchbox. Very happy.”

“We visited Tasmania from Brisbane in 2019 and discovered Kooee. We stocked up before we left Tassie and have been buying and getting them delivered ever since. They are great in the lunch box or for sport on the weekends. I love that they are additive free.”

Hi Mathew, Thank you very much for the below. I can completely understand why you're disappointed and frustrated and am sorry to hear you've been waiting so long. We've tried giving you a call but haven't been able to get through - so please feel free to give me a call back at 03 6330 2255 if you have any questions. I did reply to your original email on 12/10/222 but it's possible this was filtered into your junk/promotions folder. We had a look at your order and saw that the order you placed didn't include any street name when you completed the address field. The AusPost address validation system completes an automatic check to confirm the suburb and postcode match but unfortunately, it doesn't have the capability to identify if the street name is valid or not. My team did dispatch your order within 1 business day but it couldn't be delivered due to the address and has been returned to sender. In any event, we have just refunded your order. I've also emailed you a coupon code which will provide a 10% discount on your next order. I'd really love for you to have the opportunity to try our jerky so please feel free to use this code to save a bit of money. Again, apologies for this situation but we'd love if we could retain you as a customer. Dean

“I’m almost 50 and became more fussy about food. I’ve tried lots of different beef jerky, all of them were quite disappointing until I came across Kooee one. Nothing but goodness, I’d say. No artificial nasty taste, fulfilled yet neat. Just perfect jerky for me. As a chili loving person, my favourite is this Carolina Reaper. After I tasted one, I had to order another 15!”

“I’ve tried the Smoked Chipotle, Sea Salt, Habanero Pepper, and Manuka Honey jerky flavours. All are excellent! Moist enough to still resemble fresh meat, but chewy enough to give it that satisfying mouthfeel you hope for in a great jerky. My only wish is that I could buy in bulk…the share pack is going to be gone in a week! I’d also love to see some kangaroo jerky added to your lineup. I’ve also tried the meat sticks, but didn’t enjoy them right out of the package. I cut them up and tossed them in a pan for a few minutes to brown them up, and they were super tasty that way.”

“Hard to give feedback of anything other than excellent! The quality of the jerky is fantastic. I ordered the smokey chipotle 10 pack and i'm eating far too much!! Has a really great texture, easy to eat and packed full of flavour. Thank you Kooee team!!”
