“I was looking for a high protein, filling snack for my kids, but I also wanted it to be healthy for school lunch boxes! My son loves the pork, my daughter loves the beef- so no fighting over them! (I love the pork the best myself.)”

“These are delicious! I originally got them to be used in kids lunchboxes as a quick easy protein, but the whole family loves them! It’s so good knowing the ingredients are REAL and no nasties in there. Definitely be purchasing again, we’re flying through them!”

“have to say that your jerky & meat sticks are the best healthy snacks by a mile! we have a very fussy 4 year old who quite often won’t eat what protein i cook for dinner 😅 so my backup go to is either done beef jerky or a meat stick. at least i know they are nutritious she is getting some goodness into her. we love them too. i have my suitcase packed with them for our family holiday this week! 😋 will share a pic of them on vacation next week…”

Hi Mathew, Thank you very much for the below. I can completely understand why you're disappointed and frustrated and am sorry to hear you've been waiting so long. We've tried giving you a call but haven't been able to get through - so please feel free to give me a call back at 03 6330 2255 if you have any questions. I did reply to your original email on 12/10/222 but it's possible this was filtered into your junk/promotions folder. We had a look at your order and saw that the order you placed didn't include any street name when you completed the address field. The AusPost address validation system completes an automatic check to confirm the suburb and postcode match but unfortunately, it doesn't have the capability to identify if the street name is valid or not. My team did dispatch your order within 1 business day but it couldn't be delivered due to the address and has been returned to sender. In any event, we have just refunded your order. I've also emailed you a coupon code which will provide a 10% discount on your next order. I'd really love for you to have the opportunity to try our jerky so please feel free to use this code to save a bit of money.
