“The customer service at Plaza Singapura is dismal at best, and just downright rude!
I just joined the membership and within a day I am seriously regretting it.
How they treat their new customers is appalling, NEVER ADDRESSING the queries but just repeating a script that is recorded.
When you try to engage they merely dismiss you, and only respond when you threaten to go on social media.
Even then it takes them minimally 72 hours to reply.
AND, the reply is standard and they NEVER respond when they say they will.

“i signup for their membership which has minimum 3 mths billing (1x per month) of fat freeze. I did their 2x of freebie which was over in 20mins. I started the fatfreeze free trial in Nov17 and did 1 fat freeze 1week later on their membership. Later when I tried to book in Dec for another fat freeze, i was told that it was "too early" and was told that I can do RF treatment instead. At that point i thought it must be the billing as my Dec billing was not yet due and as such I allowed Kosme to bill me earlier. But i still get RF treatment instead of another fat freeze. The consultant/staff explained that in Jan 2024, i would be able to do another fat freeze.
I booked a Jan132024 Fat Freeze and i forgot about it and went ahead to book for my 5th covid injection on 12Jan. Not wanting to do fatfreeze on my arms whereby i might still have swelling (as covid injection are well known to cause that), i whatsapp to inform that I would like to change to thighs instead
Imagine my surprise when the staff replied that the appointment is for RF. I paid for and signup for FatFreeze, The fact that RF was included into this 3 month program was never explained to me. This is at best overlooked, at worst cheating.
Its due to my experience in Dec that I told them i wont go forward to continue after this 3mth program. I will be arguing and taking it up with them again when I am there if they insists i had RF. I have already whatsapp my concerns and told them off on this matter. Not pushing for sales does not equate to being honest and fair to customers and Kosme is NOT.
I wont recommend them due to this practice and I am looking around for better clinical salon with qualified cosmetic doctor for my fat freeze. Be aware that membership for fat freeze will combo RF treatment and make sure you get the explanation and agree as I didnt”
“Sustained frostbite injury from Fat Freeze treatment, unfortunately mine happened to be at Kosme. Spreading the awareness to the public as this could happen to anyone at any of the Aesthetic Clinic when undergo this kind of treatment without knowing the full potential downside risk or what are the measures they take to protect your skin from the icey cold treatment.”
