“toxic company to work with. they looooove to terminate staff without proper notice and without valid reason! management super bad. they will simply change your job KPI, your work flow, etc. all messed up. i bet their management dont have a good communication among themself too. when we ask something they will just pass us here and there. sooo funny. oh ya, their outlet staffs is rude too. especially OG outlet.”
“The customer service at Plaza Singapura is dismal at best, and just downright rude!
I just joined the membership and within a day I am seriously regretting it.
How they treat their new customers is appalling, NEVER ADDRESSING the queries but just repeating a script that is recorded.
When you try to engage they merely dismiss you, and only respond when you threaten to go on social media.
Even then it takes them minimally 72 hours to reply.
AND, the reply is standard and they NEVER respond when they say they will.
