“The customer service was amazing. My international package took a long time to arrive due to Covid-19 delays; however, every time I emailed customer service for updates they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. The bikinis themselves are great quality. Would order from them again!”

“i’m obsessed with my new bikini! it’s such a pretty blue color. i ordered a size medium top and small bottoms. the bottoms fit perfect but the top is a tiny bit small, still looks cute tho! i went ahead and ordered a large, just to see if it looks even better. shipping was super fast! will be shopping here more :)”

“I ordered from Vancouver, Canada and I cant tell you how fast this order came considering all the delays during COVID! Absolutely love how the bikini fits on me - it’s so flattering! Will definitely be ordering more. P.s. The vegemite sample was a perfect little surprise too, haha. Love it !”

“Edit: They shipped me a new colour as soon as I let them know of their mistake, free of charge. I was very impressed with their customer service. The shipping was very quick; however, I received the wrong colour of the top. I emailed the company and I got confirmation that a new top would be sent to me, but I have not received a tracking number or any follow-up emails. I will definitely be changing my rating once I get the right top, but for now, I am a little disappointed.”

“The quality was lackluster and much too big. I won’t be buying from this store again. It’s disappointing that I didn’t receive a refund and only got a store credit. The return process is also a pain.”

“Really great customer service!! Once I placed my order I emailed about changing my size for a top, and I was given personalized recommendations for sizing. Even amidst the corona virus I received my package (located Santa Barbara, CA) in 2 weeks from the order date! I got a Large bottoms for the Tamson but a Medium Tamson top (is a BIT small bit gives an itty bitty bikini look to it, definitely has coverage but if you’d like more all around coverage I would go for a Large) and a Large in bottoms/tops for the Jasmine set. I measure a US 34D (gap bra sizing) and my waist is 28 inches, hips 41 inches. Just for reference since I was looking so hard for references when ordering!”

“Kotomi is so great!! Comfortable swimmers and supportive. It’s easiest to contact them through their “chat” section on their website rather than emailing. I find I get a reply within seconds this way. They are so helpful when I accidentally stuffed up my order and gave a a solution to fix it before the weekend. Amazing brand amazing swimmers amazing customer service. Love ?”
