“I was a fan of the brand, and own several shirts of different styles, until my latest purchase. I bought a Tiburon Hoodie to use outdoors in the Texas heat. I was shocked when I wore the "durable hunting and outdoors" shirt for the first time at an outdoor range. On my way home I discover a decent snag on my right sleeve and the only thing I can even think of causing that was sitting on a wooden bench and table and letting my arms sit down on the same. The rest of the time I was standing and not even close to anything that could have snagged the shirt. Keep in kind this is a shirt advertised as durable for hunting and outdoor activities. Guess that doesn't include being near anything that's wooden. Contacted customer support to ask if this was normal and if there was anything that could be done. They did respond pretty quickly, but I was told that it's just normal wear and tear and sorry I'm out of luck. I don't mind paying $130 for a shirt if I'm getting a quality product, but I feel like I should be able to wear it more than once without it starting to come apart. I'm afraid my opinion of the brand has been changed by the quality and the customer service.”
“Beware of returns . Fighting a month to be refunded $600 on a return they acknowledge they have. They say they cant refund because they need another item that I have also mailed back. [totally not relevant to the first item] Holding my refund hostage while they have the product, even an email confirmation that they have it.”
“I bought my nine year old the Youth Reversible Versa Hooded Insulated Jacket. He loves it, but I haven't been allowing him to wear it lately because its too noisy. He's had deer bust him at 25 to 30 yards with slow moveardment because they heard the jacket. On a calm, quiet morning, this jacket will get a kid busted every time in the whitetail woods. My son needs those 20 to 40 yard shots, so this noisy jacket will not work. I will say that he loves the fit and says its very warm. He's back to his quiet coveralls for now.”
