“I didn’t hold back and spent over 30k for my kitchen. They recommended I used their fitter which I agreed. When the kitchen was fitted a door was damaged and a few bits were missing, the fitter said he will talk to the Sheffield showroom and once the items arrive he will come back and finish the job. I paid him for the job which we agreed on. Once the items arrived I contacted the showroom to let them know and to ask the fitter to arrange a date. To my disappointment the owner said I will have to pay the fitter for his day work to finish the job off, I wasn’t happy explaining that it’s not my fault that stuff was missing and a door was damaged. He just said if you want it completed you will have to pay. I just wanted it completed so I paid again another £250 to the fitter for the day. I’m so disappointed with the service this branch provided.”
