“Just turned up at kwik fit Charlton 16.40 with a flat tyre. Went into the reception to get some help as was told they were too busy. But the garage was empty no cars inside or out, no customers to be seen and the mechanic was sitting in reception talking to the receptionist. So I guess they just wanted to go home ontime rather than help me out. Oh and she told me to come back Monday. Which I won’t be”

“Hi a Big Big thank, you to the Guys yesterday afternoon for helping me out with my pressure tyre, was flat on a Mini Countryman even though you chaps were extremely busy and managed to squeeze me in, I was stressed, as I have to get back to East London through the Blackwall tunnel and just to say I made it on time for 3:30 as I have two disabled Kids on the special bus, hey Guy’s much appreciated and a great Service @ short notice, panic over have great weekend 🙏👍🏽”

“Hi, so i’ve never failed a MOT test before due to the fact that i take my motor to my personal mechanic prior to the test in making sure it passes. I couldn't go to my usual MOT place this time round so i thought i would do it else where for this one time. I decided to book with charlton kwik fit. Then, when i came back to collect my motor after the test, i had found out i had failed, this is not what i was upset about. I was just surprised i had failed, the gentleman on the other end of the phone who rang me to say my car was ready to collect also quoted me a £300+ for the apparent fault and needing the repair and parts done. Thats when i was shocked. I took it to another mechanic and they said I've been ripped off and taken for a fool. They said my shock absorber had leaked becoming a major fault. Both my mechanics checked the faults they had reported on my MOT test and had found no faults whats so ever. To top it off, my MOT test also stated my license plate bulb was not working. I literally turned the car on when collecting to check and they were fine. “Oh, it wasn't working when we tested it. When you book in another test (£35) we’ll just pass it. So both the faults they had stated were infact false. This is a disgrace and the last time im ever going to think about approaching another kwik fit. I will definitely not be referring anyone to kwik fit again.”

“I paid for an MOT and wanted to cancel. They gave me a number to call for cancellation which I called and waited for HOURS with no reply. As no one was able to reply, I was unable to cancel which is very frustrating and unfair. I would not recommend them. Their online booking cancellation system does not work either. It feels like a scam to stop you from cancelling or moving your appointment.”
