“I ordered the 3mm gold filled bead bracelet. It is not 3mm. It is closer to 2.5mm. I notified Kylar Mack and asked to exchange it for the 4mm so it would be closer to the size I was looking for. They will not exchange. They asked that I pay return postage in addition to a $6 restocking fee and then reorder the bigger size bead. Bracelet is nice, but bead diameter is not as advertised. Customer service is bad. Shipping was fast.”
“I received my 3 bracelets as a valentine gift. Of the 3, only the larger bead one will lay flat (see photo). I’m super disappointed. I love the larger of the 3….could I exchange the other 2 for the larger style?
I will be willing to pay the up charge.”

“I received my order of three stacked bracelets in a timely manner. I also received an email from Kylar Mack stating my product was in my mailbox. Great delivery. However my bracelets were too large. I went to the site to exchange my order for a smaller size. Kylar does not do exchanges. You must return your order, then reorder. They charge you $6 to return the order. Didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy to say the least. I have decided not to reorder. What happens if the next set of bracelets is too small. I will be 6 dollered to death! I will order through Amazon who does'nt charge me for returns.”
“All three of my bracelets came with smashed bent beads. Very disappointed, the packaging should have been better. I will not order from them ever again.”
“I'm really disappointed in these bracelets, not worth the money. They as they belong on a baby's wrist. The beads are very small as well as the bracelet. Will save for my granddaughter when she turns 6 months.”
“The bracelets do not stretch like the ads indicate. The 6 1/2 is small on me and my wrist measures under 6 inches. The gold color is too shiny, makes me think “costume “ jewelry. Needless to say I’m not as happy as I thought I would be when I ordered the bracelets. My plan was to add silver 433 and wear together. Not anymore.”
