“I was disappointed in size and quality. The bracket looked much bigger on the models hand and the elastic is not straight giving it a cheap appearance”
“I paid extra to upgrade shipping so that I could get my item sooner. The item came in 3 days later than it should have. Kylar Mack would not refund the extra fee I paid for faster shipping.
This is the second time I had shipping issues. Nice product, but I’ll never buy from Kylar Mack again.”
“Bought a bracelet for family member. KM dropped price 30%on line less than 12 hours after our purchase. We considered canceling and re ordering but did not. In stead we asked for consideration on our current order. We received a standard email thanking us for order. We sent our request and got a reply saying we would et a reply within 3 days. Never got anything. Our last purchase from KM for all members of our extensive family.”
“I love my bracelets, but I bought two more as gifts. A gold and a silver for two different people. They were delivered in one cloth bag. Fortunately I have extra bags from my bracelets or else someone would receive a gift without the Kyler Mack bag. Unless it is a stack, each piece should packaged separately.”
“I have sent two emails to their customer service with high priority. 6 days later, no reply. I’ll return the products. Customer service lacking! Bracelets are far too small tight…. My hands are not big at all. I just wanted to exchange but they dont exchange. I’ll pass on these”
“I have purchased bracelets a few times from Kylar Mack because I like the look and quality. But recently I purchased a stack to give as a gift. The bracelets were too small for my sister, and when I tried to contact Kyler Mack to exchange them (just outside the exchange policy as they only give 30 days) I have been unable to get ahold of anyone from customer service. I emailed but did not receive a response. I found a phone number online and left a message, but no one called back. I am very disappointed in their customer service and therefore will not purchase again.”
“Loved the product but too small. I had ordered a 7 1/2 previously and that was tight. Should have realized the 6 1/2 would not fit. However the rerturn and refund were quick.”

“The fact that there are only two sizes to these bracelets is very troubling. They don’t look classy like on the model they use when they’re too big or too small… they actually look like a way lower quality than what it looks like on the model. Plus I have not received a response at all. They said they’d respond to my emailed question within 2 to 3 days. It’s been a week and the only thing I’ve received is more advertising for different products and a review request. The ARE a pretty color of gold though…. Hence the two stars”
“I have bought several, and like them. However, the sizing is really inconsistent. Even bracelets sent together, in the same order (and same package), are quite different in size from each other.
Note that the first time it happened, they were good about sending a replacement. Customer service was responsive and good.
However, after that I ordered another set (figuring the sizing issue was a one-off...) -- and those *too* were inconsistently sized. The two I ordered were quite different from each other -- one tight, and one loose.
For me, it's frustrating enough to not know what I'm going to get, sizing-wise, that I don't plan to order anything further.”
“Communication was very good. As was the purchase and return process. Unfortunately, I ordered a pearl 3mm 6.5 and the quality was not what I expected. I don’t believe it was truly a 6.5 size. It did not lay nicely at all in the field extremely lightweight. I have two other 6.5 bracelets from a different business and the quality is much better than the sizing was significantly different than Kylar Max 6.5. I had to return it. I really wanted to like it as I wanted an all pearl bracelet, but the quality just wasn’t good.”
“Unfortunately, I have sent two separate responses to my purchase of a 3mm ball stretch bracelet. Number one issues is I believe I received a 2mm not a 3mm. I have a 3mm and it is half the size. The second issues is it fit tight on my wrist. I did order a 6.5, because at 6.5 and 7.5 are the only choices you give. I have been wearing a 3mm/6.5 which I received around Thanksgiving. The balls are the size I like and the 6.5 fits and has a little movement. Of course, for a a 7mm is the perfect size. A 6.5 is really too small and a 7.5 is really too big. I think you are doing an injustice to your company not offering 7.0. In my opinion!!!!!! So, I'm not thrilled with the bracelet I received.”
