“I returned my bracelettes because they were too tight. I am not overweight or large. But they were uncomfortable. I thought about getting the next size up but, honestly compared to other beaded braceletts I have, they felt cheaper. Quality was not as good as I had hoped. I did not want to try again only to have to return.”
“I ordered the small silver bracelets. I emailed your company to make sure the bracelets would fit as I have a very small wrist. I was assured the small size would fit me. They are still big.”
“I was very disappointed with the bracelets I ordered. They were the stackable bead kind with stress bands. When I opened the package it looked like a bracelet for a pre- teen child not an adult size. I sent them back. Be sure you know what size you are ordering because the description showed them on an adult women’s wrists. They were so small I do not know how she got them over her hands.”

“Customer service is excellent. I almost never leave bad reviews, however I was not impressed with the product. I bought the set with the 2-2mm and 1-3mm gold tone bracelets as a Christmas gift. The quality was just not there for $111. They looked cheap and as if the elastic cord could easily break. I’ve seen so many ads for these bracelets and they always look so nice and elegant on the models, but in person they felt more like something I could buy at Target or Walmart albeit maybe those would tarnish or the coating would rub off.”
