“I asked to return my order and get the 7.5. I got the 6.5. They are to samll. They said they will sent me a email in 2-3 days. I still did not get a answer.”
“I have very small wrists and ordered 3 size 6 1/2 bracelets,, they are hard to get on and fit snug at the bottom of my wrist. They do not measure 6 1/2. :(”
“I recently ordered and received some stack bracelets in both the rose gold and silver. I plan to give these as Christmas gifts to my daughter in laws. I spent approximately $300 for the bracelets. I am so disappointed in their presentation. They each came in a tacky canvas bag with no instructions for care or note about the quality of the bracelets--nothing but bracelets in a bag. At first glance my daughter in laws will think they cost maybe $25. I was expecting a dressier more elegant bag to present the bracelets. The canvas bags really cheapen the appearance of the bracelets. I will have to purchase some much nicer sheer bags or boxes to make a better presentation. I will have to print some instructions off the website to include with the gift to explain their quality and care. I can't believe Kylar Mack did not even enclose a business card where my daughter in laws could order more. Also, I had emailed for a gift receipt to give the girls in case they need to exchange for the larger bracelet size. I have gotten no response to that. Your customer service has been very disappointing. I think you have a good product but you need to upgrade your marketing and promotion. Gretchen Worcester, Richmond VA”
“This is my second bracelet. I purchased a set in February 2024 and it just broke. I thought it would last longer. I just purchased a new one to replace the one that broke. I hope this one and the others last a lot longer. I asked about a warranty but I didn’t get a reply. Beth”
“I was very disappointed when my gold bracelets arrived. I ordered (2) 3 mm size but received the 2 mm size instead. I heard so many good reviews about Kylar Mack products. I may gift the tiny beaded bracelets but am unlikely to order from the company again.”
“I bought the 6 1/2 " bracelet...way too small for an adult. The beads are also very small. It looked like a child's bracelet. If I saw it in person, I'd have never ordered it. I'm not sure if the 7 1/2 bracelet would have been any different. The company was responsive and I was able to retur with no problems. Although it hasn't been credited back to the account yet...but it's early in my review.”

The low rating is due to poor customer service. I requested reimbursement for my expedited shipping fee as it was sent via ground by mistake arriving too late to gift.
Their only response to my emails that included a pic of the ground postage: Sorry but “sometimes USPS runs into unexpected delays.”
Well, sorry Kylar, but I’ve 6 more nieces that would have loved these.”
