“I’m disappointed because the first bracelet I bought has turned dark and it does not look like gold anymore. Please see the photo. You will see that I ordered 1 bracelet before I ordered the other 2 and the first one has lost the gold look and your advertisement says it does not loose its shine. Any suggestions?’”

I have to say i am not pleased with my purchase. I read the reviews. I almost never wear NON solid 14kt gold. I know exactly what 14kt gold filled is. With all thats said... i placed an order . Why? Because you can spend almost that much on costume jewelry from Belk , or Dillards or any high end store. My thought process was that this had to be a little better. I dont know what all these other people got but my items didn't hold up one day. I put the bracelets on for the first time. Went out to dinner. They did not get wet, they did not have lotion or anything like that and i came home with two beads halfway tarnished or whatever you want to call it. The costume jewelry I have purchased from high end jewelry stores held up better. To say the least i was disappointed. Im glad all you other ladies have such fantastic reviews. I do not.

“I hope my experience is not the norm with Kylar Mack. First, I had a returned package and couldn’t get ahold of anyone or a refund. After multiple days of trying to get in contact with someone, I was sent a new order (which was great!) without question. Now I need to return and exchange for a larger size. Now I’m back in a whirlwind of getting ahold of someone who can help with my exchange so I don’t get charged double for returning my “free” order. The product is beautiful and love the quality of the bracelet.”

“I placed my order on May 1st for a Mother's Day gift. I decided to pay the extra $13 ( info said package would arrive May 8th or 9th) thinking this would ensure I would have the gift before Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the gift arrived the day after our Mother's Day celebration. Very disappoointed with the shipping. Bracelets seem to be ok. I would have given acceptable if not for the delay in shipping.”
“I have 3 bracelets 3m and 4m. and love them. But I ordered the 2 m and I don’t like it. It doesn’t lay straight it’s all squiggly. I wanted to exchange it but by the time you pay for shipping and a $6 restocking charge I did not think it was worth the trouble.”
