“Unfortunately I am not happy with the size of my bracelets. They are very small for my wrist. I've purchased these prior and none are as tight as the ones I received. Very dissappointed!!!”
“The bracelets are very pretty but I wish they made a 7”. I ordered the 7.5 and it was too big. I had to pay for shipping to return them and order the 6.5. Those are too tight. Definitely need a size in between.”

I would hope that because they are expensive and of good quality that they’d be more accommodating to exchanging their bracelets at no charge once they receive the ones we don’t want back.”
“I wanted to love these. They are very pretty but the sizing doesn’t work for me. The 6,5 is way too small and the 7.5 is too big. It’s too bad they don’t make a 7 considering that is the most common size. I also noticed the beads yanked on the hair on my wrists which was annoying. I had to return 2 different times.”

“I ordered a set of 3 bracelets, I believe it was the smallest bead size. Several of the beads on one of the three bracelets (the 3mm size) started turning a weird dark color. This had the largest beads of the three so it was very noticable. I sent photos to customer service back in early June (2024) and recieved an email stating a replacement bracelet would be sent to me. I never got a replacement. Too bad because I have a very small wrist and these bracelets work well for me. But they do fade and change color, so I will stick with real gold going forward.”
“I ordered 8 bracelets total and 3 arrived damaged with a black line down the bead from end to end. 2mm is my favorite, it's very dainty but unfortunately is damaged.”
