It took about 12 hours for the first response and then they said to send photos of the receipt, which I did on the first email. I’m still waiting for a response and it has been about 18 hours. Thx”
“I do love the bracelets, but on my last order I ordered and paid for a 4mm bracelet and received a 3mm bracelet. In my last orders I got a 2mm and 3mm. I do not have time to deal with exchanging the wrong bracelet, but not happy about paying for something I did not received. Will not order from Kylar Mack again.”

“My first order, (7) bracelets came quickly. They were in a padded mailing envelope. Breacelets were in great shape. Only problem I was surprised to see the small size felt a little too tight or just not enough "give" in the bracelet.
I sent customer service a note. I was surprised to see a reply in less than 24 hours. Review policy is fine, wait for items to get back to them, then reorder if wanted or start return process and buy replacements before you receive credit for original items. There is a cost of $6 for UPSP label to return which I think is more than fair.”
“The bracelets are beautiful, but I order 2 gold and 1 silver and I received 3 silver. I reported it when I received them and the response was they would get back to me in two days … they did not. I wasn’t planning on returning them as they are beautiful but not what I ordered.”
“The beads look great on, however they are extremely light weight and feel like kid costume jewelry. I understand they are gold filled vs solid gold but they weight is like a feather so they come across very cheaply made and even visually look a bit fake/plasticy. I wish there was some more weight to them and also wish they offered 1/2” sizes. The ones I bought are a tiny bit tight, but the next size up would be way too big. Hopefully they will stretch a tad. I did purchase a 4mm one just to complete the look I’m going for, however if I would have felt these beads in person first I probably would have gone with an alternative company/solution. The shipping speed and service seems good so far though so I am happy with that.”
