I got the 6.5" smaller size, and they're still loose on my wrist, with some stretch to take them off. I don't intend to take them off often though once I have them.”
“I love my bracelets they are my first but I purchased a stack and 3 others, but was shorted one which on the shipping list is there as delivered. I contacted customer service through email but there is no phone number to call. That is frustrating because when you pay for something and it is not there you would like to know it is resolved right away. But with the email customer service you have to wait 3-5 business days to know you will either receive a refund or get your merchandise that you paid for.”
