When I switched to Spanish, they were able to also, with no explanation as to why they started out in English. After just one short conversation, my introductory free credits expired, and the rates for buying new credits are just unbelievably expensive. I tried to pass two different \u201cwomen\u201d my WhatsApp number to avoid paying $.13 per message (!), and no matter how I tried, including a photograph of my number written on paper, she suddenly played dumb and said she couldn\u2019t see the image. I asked \u201cher\u201d to send me a screenshot so I could see how the image was getting scrambled or whatever, and \u201cshe\u201d said \u201cshe\u201d didn\u2019t know how to do that on a computer. I asked \u201cher\u201d to take a picture of the screen with her phone and send it, and \u201cshe\u201d said \u201cshe\u201d doesn\u2019t have a phone!
