“It has made my day,well Alethea has made my day lol.i have been looking for my a bonus I had and couldn't find it,not only was she very helpful and friendly and fast to locate my bonus,cheekily I told alethea about me not being able to get to the shop to get a paysafe and could I have a couple of spins expecting to be told sorry we can't do it from that end but to my delight alethea came back almost straight away and gave me some spins,,I was so impressed by aletheas performance I asked her could I do the survey and I am doing it now before I have even had a spin,,,thank you so much alethea & ladbrokes you a star”

“I deposited and spent my money , then realised I was entitled to an offer that I was unaware of. I contacted CS live chat , and was told that my bonus would be credited after midnight. Took me 5 minutes and the outcome was fair.”

“Bit disappointed tonight, not the usual service I got. Didn't really feel valued or listened to which was evident by the responses I was getting. Once we got past that though I guess he was quick to act which is a plus. Sometimes left on hold for a long time.”

“I won an £8500 jackpot on a slot and cashier department wouldnt let me withdraw it for days and days and i couldnt get any information from anyone so getting frustrated cancelling the withdrawl and ending up spending it all!! Massively poor show from one of the biggest bookmakers in the world!!”
