“Once again, I am most impressed with Allana at Ladbrokes. She was courteous, efficient and friendly. It's refreshing to find someone who actually cares about what they do and the service they offer. Thank you for another positive experience, Ladbrokes.”

“Joanne in VIP customer service went out of her way to help me with getting a withdrawal processed. Very efficient, friendly and got the result I was looking for while I held on. Highly recommend. Thank you also to Delia who initially took my request and was equally helpful. As is so often true in the customer service industry, a little kindness to the person who is helping you goes a long way. Thank you Ladbrokes!”
