“VIP Joe was very helpful, professional and polite. Stayed on chat whilst I did what I needed to do instead of disappearing and maybe having to go through everything again. When I was signed out Lee put me back in touch with Joe. Good.”

“an error occurred during a game of live dealer roulette and basically I lost out. on contacting customer support they looked into what had happened an I was surprisingly compensated for my loss which I thought was very fair. Thanks very much for running a honest game.”

“the game i was playing froze eesulting in me loosing my winnings , after me emailing ladbrokes i was awarded my lost winnings plus additional winnings that i could of won with my remaining free spins , and to be honest i almost didnt email ladbrokes because i thought i would not get my money , but because i did and due to the grade A customer service i got witthin one working day my account was creddited , can not compliment the ladbrokes team enough , will definetky remain a loyal customer ????”
