“Carl-Vip was polite,well mannered everything you could ask for in a help adviser. I was angry coming into the chat and he difused the situation making me more approachable on the chat. As i spoke to Carl-Vip i felt my anger easing and easing as he was so in clue to what i was asking to be done.. Carl-Vip got my problem resolved quickly, efficiently with a pleasant tone and the job was done very quickly. Carl-Vip is the most cooperative and has been the most useful member of the chat team i have spoken too. With his attitude, mannerisms and his will to do everything for the customer i hope he is rewarded or acknowledged for this. As i was on the verge of leaving the site until i chatted to him and probably would of joined one of the sites biggest rivals. So Carl-Vip has saved your company a VIP Member. I was angry now i am happy and that is down to Carl-Vip. And i thank Carl-Vip for his world class customer service today.”
