“Awful service ordered tripod ladder for delivery on 14th .Never arrived .Tried calling bps no answer .next day still not arrived tried online chat person went off and never came back .
Ladder eventually arrived 17th .No apologies no offer of compensation for lost work.
Would not recommend as you won't get answer on phone and contact with them is extremely difficult.”
“Bought a 4.8 metre ladder with promise of next day delivery. Waited but no show, email chaser on evening of missed delivery unanswered, waited another day, no show, no emails no communications. Sent another email evening of 2nd day waiting for delivery which was I replied to. Then had to ring them and was promised delivery but were baking the couriers neglecting their own lack of updates and knowing full well next day delivery was not possible because the lady I spoke to confirmed there was an ongoing issue with deliveries.
I was promised compensation for waiting in for 2 days and they have offered £60 for 2 days wasted time.
Tried to Tung them today and no one picks up the phone. Maybe use a different supplier. It may be a but cheaper than other ladders but turns out to be a very expensive purchase once wasted time and hassle is put into the equation. I have emailed attempting to get in touch with a manager and the front line person won't put me through. I would avoid this company”

“Please be very careful, we purchased a new ladder with accessories on the 4th December with advertised Next Day Delivery.
Unfortunately we didn’t receive the ladder for four days, when we did only ladder no accessories as purchased received, and ladder was damaged. Ladder foot twisted including bolt for supporting brace to make it unusable.
Replacement ladder received 17th December, nearly two weeks after order and still none of the purchased accessories.
To top it off the delivery company left ladder outside of property, on a busy road with regular footfall… fortunate it was still there on our return. Plus they had stated a proof of delivery signature/receipt falsely as no one was in!
Been great communication throughout but just awful customer service and follow through.
No doubt, we will now not receive the rest of our order till the New Year!”

“Ordered the ladder on the Thursday and was told it would be delivered the next day. It eventually arrived on the Monday. One of the ladder base plastic connections was missing. Carly apologised and said she would sent it out, and as a good will gesture, she would send out an accessory (working platform), (still not received three days later), I had an email to say that the missing plastic connection was for transport only and that the stabiliser bar should be fitted. I pointed out that space is not always available for the stabiliser bar and noted that on the list of accessories, were two rubber mats , no stabiliser bar on photograph. Email back stating that for the rubber mats, the top ladder section should be used. Very misleading!! Also, the photo on the accessories list was in fact a different ladder to the one listed! Also misleading. I then sent off a copy of ladder regulations stating that in circumstances when a stabiliser bar can not be used, that other methods of steadying the ladder (including foot fall). They replied that the stabiliser bar should be fitted. If I had known this, I would not have bought it.
Carla was very good, but I think that the catalogue is not clear, and they have not clearly answered my queries regarding regulations”
“On Thursday 6 September I ordered a 6m Tower and asked for Next Day Delivery to be postponed until Tuesday 10 September costing £849.98.
At 4.04pm on Monday 9 September they lacked the common decency to call me by telephone and instead sent me this email message:
I do sincerely apologise, your order has not left us today due to a lack of space on the collection vehicle.
Your order will be prioritised on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
My Annual Leave ends on Friday and the weather forecast is heavy rain from the weekend.
I am trapped being unable to transfer cleared funds in time to buy from another supplier or hire one.
If default delivery is Next Day and I asked for postponed delivery prior to ordering AND at time of ordering AND after ordering why was my order not prioritised? Why was there no room on the collection vehicle?”
