“Ordered the ladder on the Thursday and was told it would be delivered the next day. It eventually arrived on the Monday. One of the ladder base plastic connections was missing. Carly apologised and said she would sent it out, and as a good will gesture, she would send out an accessory (working platform), (still not received three days later), I had an email to say that the missing plastic connection was for transport only and that the stabiliser bar should be fitted. I pointed out that space is not always available for the stabiliser bar and noted that on the list of accessories, were two rubber mats , no stabiliser bar on photograph. Email back stating that for the rubber mats, the top ladder section should be used. Very misleading!! Also, the photo on the accessories list was in fact a different ladder to the one listed! Also misleading. I then sent off a copy of ladder regulations stating that in circumstances when a stabiliser bar can not be used, that other methods of steadying the ladder (including foot fall). They replied that the stabiliser bar should be fitted. If I had known this, I would not have bought it.
Carla was very good, but I think that the catalogue is not clear, and they have not clearly answered my queries regarding regulations”
“On Thursday 6 September I ordered a 6m Tower and asked for Next Day Delivery to be postponed until Tuesday 10 September costing £849.98.
At 4.04pm on Monday 9 September they lacked the common decency to call me by telephone and instead sent me this email message:
I do sincerely apologise, your order has not left us today due to a lack of space on the collection vehicle.
Your order will be prioritised on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

If default delivery is Next Day and I asked for postponed delivery prior to ordering AND at time of ordering AND after ordering why was my order not prioritised? Why was there no room on the collection vehicle?”
