Placed an order 29th of August 2020 and still not received my purchase on the 25th of September 2020. They have not responded to any email or Facebook messages even though they keep posting on Facebook. I am now putting this case forward to the Small Claims Court as a friend who lives near this company said the business no longer seems open yet still taking money.

I placed my order and paid a whopping £25 extra for next day delivery. They sent an email saying order processed. And expect another email on dispatch. No email arrived. Contacted them reminding I paid £25 extra for next day delivery. No reply. So my urgent steps did not arrive and now they have my money but don't bother to reply. No way to run a business regardless of current situation. If they can't deliver on promises they should withdraw the promise. I feel they have robbed me

Ladders arrived with split rung. After 21 days of chasing the company they finally uplifted the faulty ladders on 15-08-19 (still waiting on a refund) and Brian Gillen from ladders direct uk accientally forwarded me an email between him and Lisa of Titan ladders where they buy them from calling me a d**k. I dont think it's unreasonable to complain about being sent dangerous ladders and waiting almost a month for replacement or refund when you are buying a brand new set of ladders for business use.

Ordered ladder for next day delivery and now won't arrive until Monday. Didn't get an email or a call, only after I chased them at 1.30 did i found out there was an issue supposedly there was an problem didnt really undeertsand what the problem was ...could have let me know so I can source them elsewhere cheers. Won't be using again. Will drop to a 1 star if they don't arrive Monday. As predicted nearly a week ago still no ladder 5 days later after ordering 9.30 on Thursday and expecting next say delivery.

I went on their website to order a ladder on 20/10/2020, online system did not work, I then contacted on their phone, spoke with a staff, provided him bank details, he helped me put an order. I was told my ladder will arrive by 25/10. It did not arrive nor received any notification in my email. Then I tried to contact them via email. Response received saying that they can not see anything about my order in their system. Then checked my bank details and found that money from my bank account has been deducted but I have not received my ladder yet. When I called them on their hot line there is a long wait and no answer by any staff. Don't know what I suppose to do now.

Beware - as per tons of other reviews - Delivery lead times are there to sucker you in and are not adhered to. Customer services are very rude - will certainly not be using this company again. AVOID.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! still awaiting a refund for an order that was confirmed cancelled and they are now delivering anyway and we have to refuse the delivery ! HOW .... it’s non contact delivery !

Ladders Direct have been useless at keeping me informed about delays in delivery. I have had to ring them twice to be told they have been delayed twice. Delays happen but the least you can do is email the customer. Very poor service.

3 to 5 days for delivery. No ladder, no response, no telephone answered! Just £142 out of pocket
