“Ordered Pinapple Ice bucket. Although very well packaged it had a hairline crack only visible once water/ice added. Contacted Steph who was more than happy to replace. Unfortunately item out of stock but was informed of this and replacement sent soon as stock arrived.”

“I ordered some Christmas candles and when the number I ordered were not available, I got an email back very quickly with an alternative. The alternative just so happened to be much nicer than my original order and the original order was gorgeous! Suffice to say I was very pleased when the candles turned up in good time and for such a great price too! Would highly recommend for great service and style.”
