“The service is very good and I’d have no hesitation to purchase again however I was extremely disappointed to see the candlestick holder was lobsided… particularly when I was purchasing to use it for flower arrangements”

“I loved the dusky blue velvet throw that I purchased. It was understandably a bit crushed from being in transit. I followed the instructions for a cool iron setting and ironed the throw. Unfortunately this has permanently marked and spoiled the article. So dissapointed! I think the care instructions should be upgraded to not suitable for ironing.”

Hi, I’m sorry you’ve had problems but the care guide does not recommend ironing. You cannot iron velvet without ruining the nap of the fabric. Attached is the care label from the same throw in a different colour. It clearly states do not iron

The product is as per photo attached and described on the website as vintage style gold effect. You initially emailed to complain to which I replied the same day explaining that it is as per description and not a modern flat finish and suggested that you could return it and get a refund if still not to your taste. You stated that you would just leave a negative review. I’m not convinced that anything else I could have done would have made you happy.

Hi Judith, you bought a 120ml tester pot of paint in the sale, it had 20% off RRP. I do not know what else we could have done to achieve more than your 3* review. Regards Steph
