“Beautiful item and really well made. The only issue I had was that I wasn’t notified it had been dispatched and was not made aware of the delivery date.”

Hi, thanks you for your order and feedback. You ordered at 9.02pm on weds 1st, I posted at 9.44am on Thursday 2nd. Apologies if Royal Mail took 7 days to deliver but that is beyond my control, I will lodge this with our account manager.

“This is the 3rd stags head l have purchased l love them,but this one was not quite as good as the others,one ear was lose and glue marks on the red velvet. I only buy them when in the sale as they are expensive so had l have paid full price l would have sent it back. Sorry for negative report but it needed to be said . Thank you Diane Ward.”
