“Impeccable service! What a great little company! Ordered a storage ottoman and some vouchers last week and received fantastic service every step of the way. To actually be able to speak to someone these days is a bonus in itself and Steph couldn't have been more helpful. Great email communication as well, keeping me well informed of delivery timescales, who the courier was etc. The item arrived super quick and the recipient is delighted with it. Will absolutely be using this company again!”

It was posted on 1st Dec. There have been postal strikes on for 2 days so it wouldn’t have gone anywhere until Monday, it is now Friday. With the strikes, Black Friday sale and Christmas rush there are delays. I know it’s frustrating but as a small business there is nothing I can do to influence the performance of Royal Mail. Please be understanding.

“I ordered 2 items and haven't received either. It took that long for them to be dealt with one item a scarf had sold out I was refunded for this . The other be item a snood I was promised would be sent out straight away I still haven't received it. I ordered both items on the 17th November!!! Please don't take money from people if you can't fulfill their orders”

Hi, I’m sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. As explained when I called you one scarf was out of stock (due to it being damaged) and I offered an alternative colour or a refund. You chose the refund and were refunded in minutes. The other item was posted the same day. Unfortunately with the the Black Friday Sale, Christmas rush and last weeks 2 days Royal Mail strikes there have been some delays to parcel deliveries. The Royal Mail tracking will not activate until it is out for delivery. Hopefully it will arrive in the next day or so, I’m sorry but I am the hands of Royal Mail there is nothing I can do to speed it up.
