“Worst online buying experience of my life. Will never use this company again. Terrible product quality and even worse customer service in trying to get my order sorted out. I received a defective product and nothing was done to fix the issue even though they advertised no fuss after sales service. To make a long story short I paid 40$ duty tax and 40$ return shipping for them to take no responsibility for the mistake. I was given a refund and nothing else leaving me -80$ and absolutely nothing to show for it. IT ACTUALLY COST ME MONEY TO SHOP THIS SITE! Stay away!”
“We bought two full sets of cutlery and within a week or so they started to fall apart. Laguiole Attitude replaced one set and the same thing happened. Despite their 'guarantee' of a full refund for faulty goods they have refused to do so, even though we eventually had not one complete item. After many emails we gave up and bought a set from a different supplier and they are terrific. No problems at all. Laguiole Attitude have an absolutely ROTTEN attitude. Do not believe the 'refund guaranteed if goods faulty' lie. Do NOT waste your money buying from this rubbish company.”
“I purchased Laguiole 24-piece stainless steel cutlery set online of course. Shipping speed good, price good. The flatware looks ok. Some of the flatware had a tiny dent near the middle screw. The quality is average. Decent. I think they are ok for the price. If you are on a budget then I recommend. They just do not scream craftsmanship.”
