Hi, It says the delivery method is Postal Service, which I thought would be my delivery. However this information is inaccurate. FEDEX is delivering my products, if I would have known this I would not have ordered. FEDEX is unreliable and have delivered to me with an empty box and you could tell the box had been opened and resealed. The timing of FEDEX delivery has been 3 weeks to a month as well. They do not take responsibility for any of their deliveries. One more thing how can it be rated as on time delivery of 55%? My order is still sitting in FEDEX without a delivery time. Still pending. Where is this information coming from? Unlike the US Post office and UPS, FEDEX does not give times.

its been over a month since you guys cashed my check i got the nine little lady bugs. now if you can send part of the order and a month later i havent gotten the rest. man up and let someone know and stop using covid we get deliverys all the time. at least send a refund and explain it,i called they said to see more online so now the question what is going on?
