“A small order for strip lights, made early afternoon and dispatched same day on 'normal' delivery; arrived the following morning and installed less than 24 hours from order. Truly excellent service from Lampshoponline both with price and delivery. Must also add praise for FedEx - let me know as soon as it was in their system and kept me informed of progress through to delivering at the time notified.”

“Wrong tubelights sent in, returning I wanted T8 840 tube not these short ones- please send correct length ones, Thanking you, rao”

Helpful Report

Posted 3 years ago

Hello Sainath, Unfortunately the wattage determines the length of the tube so I fear you may have ordered incorrectly. 'T8' Refers to the diameter of the tube and '840' is just the colour reference. If you want to get in touch with our team and we will be able to confirm the correct option for you. Lampshoponline Team.

“Very impressed, well packaged, sent to remote area and all good, please keep supplying these proper Fluorescents, I have loads of them in my Workshops and hate the LED ones that many other companies supply these days, they do not give a good enough light. Thank you once again :) :) :)”
