“My order of 2 5ft LED bodies and 2 LED tubes arrived early and were well packaged in bubble wrap. Nothing is damaged or broken. I've not tested them to see if they work electrically as they will be fitted on 7th November but the signs are good. So, delivery, packaging, price and quality all seem to be perfect. LampShopOnline will be my first choice from now on.”

“Frustrated. there was no way to get a delivery notification from the courier, so they literally asked me to stay home 24/7 waiting. ridiculous. after waiting 4 working days to get my order delivered, i received it damaged and not usable. Have sent an email for refund but no follow up.”

“Despite the LED tubes ordered arriving broken three times on the trot, I cannot fault Lampshop for their fast delivery, communication and eagerness to replace the broken items. The LED tubes were packed extremely well in all three cases and clearly marked "fragile", so I lay the blame firmly with FedEx. Shame on you FedEx! Will definitely use again (Lampshop, not FedEx!)”

“I had an issue that was damaged on arrival. Unfortunate, but these things do occasionally happen. One phone call and the customer service team worked straight away on getting a replacement sent out. For me a good company stands out when things have gone wrong and observing how they solve it. The attitude and approach from LampShopOnline demonstrated this customer focus and care. Happy customer!
