“I ordered the bulkhead lamp with pir just before Christmas so there was a delay on delivery due to Royal Mail demand at this time of year. When it arrived it was very well packaged and in good condition. But due to the cold weather in Scotland I have not been able to fix it up yet. I look forward to fixing it up when the weather improves.”

“Only bought an led bulb to replace a fluorescent tube, but really appreciated the information that helped me pick the right one. Promise of a potential return if it was wrong sealed the deal. Bulb arrived quickly and well packaged and turned out to be exactly what I needed.”

“I needed to replace my old fluorescent strip light in the kitchen. After doing a little research, I discovered that these were being phased out in favour of LED strip lights. The information on the LampShop website was very clear and allowed me to identify a suitable LED equivalent of my old Fluorescent tube light. Once ordered, delivery was swift and efficient. It was the first time that I have bought anything from LampShop and I will definitely use them again next time I have a new requirement for home lighting.”

“Good personal customer service that reacted well when the online service was not perfect. Delivery took a little longer than expected but is excused as it was over the holiday/ festive period. Good value for money.”

“Great prices, quick delivery. I ordered some old fashioned light tubes from this company over the Christmas period. Their price was the cheapest I found on line and I received them on Christmas Eve. Communication was excellent and I was informed of delivery date, etc.”
