“Easy to order via website and bulbs came fairly quickly. Only negative was no shipping update so didn’t know when they were going to be delivered so had to chase for an update.”

“Very surprised at how quickly it arrived and how lightweight the unit is. Can’t wait to get it installed because we have mostly LED replaced lamps now and know how bright they are. Perfect for our kitchen. Would recommend Lamps on Line for all DIY (and professional) projects.”

“I feel l should warn people about my online experience I am a busy Dr I ordered a replacement bulb and I ask for Royal Mail 24 delivery When I ask for a tracking number at first they didn’t give me one l then found out it was being delivered by a company called DX They did delivery the parcel in time however l should have been told my parcel wasn’t being delivered by Royal Mail and did l want a refund”

“Very helpful and prompt after first LED tube arrived broken. Would have been cheaper for them to have packaged it better and written fragile on package.”

“I ordered some fluorescent battens and tubes, rather than the led equivalent, as I required them for a particular installation. The goods arrived the next day, very well packed and in pristine condition which is always a concern with tubes as they are somewhat fragile, hence my 5 star rating. The online ordering process was straightforward.”
