“LED tube’s extremely well packed arrived in good condition, tech. help appreciated, delivery ahead of schedule. About the energiser tubes I removed the ballast as advised I could, brilliant result.”

Good Morning Steven, I am sorry to hear about this, Royal Mail do have multiple strikes planned as you may see on the news, As you made your way through checkout there was a choice of other couriers. Kind regards, customer Services

“First lamp received didn’t work (possibly damaged in transit) but lovely gentleman on phone was very helpful. He sent a replacement on next day delivery and that one is perfect. Thanks.”

“Didn’t send promised e-mail confirming that the goods had been despatched. Goods placed in large box without any internal packing - only bubble wrap on outside of box. All bulbs were rattling but seem to work. Time will tell if they have been damaged.”
