“Light arrived broken from the Couriers. Contacted Lamp Shop. They apologized a sent out a replacement straight away without any fuss. Problems always occur but Lamp Shop sorted the problem out instantly. Well done.”

“Hi I ordered 10x led ceiling downlighters, they are 8/10w with three different colour options all selectable from 2 slider switches underneath the magnetic bezel. The brightness of these lamps is fantastic and there is a choice of 3 bezels to suit your decoration, so far these lamps are superb! they have a 5yr guarantee, so time will tell. Well pleased with these lights 😃”

“I rang regarding an enquiry before I purchased the item. The young man was very helpful as I explained what I was looking for.....A replacement light for the garage...He gave me the reference number for the item so I could read about it first. The next day I ordered the light and all communication via email kept me up to date on the delivery etc. It arrived very well packed. It is really bright for what we needed. I would certainly use this company again.....”
