“sorry but not received the order yet UPS should have delivered between 9.45 and 13.45 Friday but did not deliver at all not received a new delivery date yet not pleased as I stayed at home all day”

“I purchased two Bright Source 6ft Twin 65w LED Non-Corrosive IP65 - 4000k luminaires as replacements for existing 5' single batten fittings illuminating my double garage. The fittings are relatively lightweight but robust using quality materials, supplied complete with fixing/suspension brackets/clips, stuffing glands etc. The diffuser clips, gear tray suspension arrangement, large terminals at one end are good quality and the mounting clips all work well, making installation straightforward. Both fittings worked perfectly first time and the illumination in my garage is now quite superb. My only reservation is that when trying to register the 5-year warranty applicable to these fittings, the website address provided in each box was flagged up as an 'Unsecure web address' by my computer security software, thereby making registration potentially risky.”
