“The customer service was excellent compared to a rival site. who weren't able to help with a lighting query. Susan, a member of the sales team, was very understanding and helped me to get to grips with the terminology used to source the right lights for an eyesight condition. She provided recommendations for lights and I will be purchasing those due to the excellent service and empathy. Other members of the sales team have been equally helpful. I couldn't be more thankful. I heavily recommend this company over all others.”
