“We ordered 4 light panels. Flimsy packing, only brown paper with bubble wrapping, no box or cardboard to protect the panels. We received the order with 2 broken panels. However the helpline are very professional and help us sort it out very quickly.”

“Ordered an LED replacement for a fluorescent tube. The price seemed fair (although the delivery was a bit expensive, comparatively - I guess that's what it costs to transport fragile items). It arrived within a couple of days as predicted. My only annoyance is that they stuck an extremely sticky label round the end of the tube that was difficult to remove. Works fine so far.”

“Ordered a 3ft led tube which was delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately there was a problem with it. I rang the company and spoke to Greg who was extremely helpful and dispatched a replacement the same day. This one worked perfectly.
