“Great service, I called them with a query and the phone was answered straightaway by a very helpful person. There was also a delay to my delivery, probably Royal Mail's fault, but they refunded me the delivery fee with no hassle. Thank you!”

“I am pleased with the service, my order of halogen bulbs arrived quickly. The only thing is I thought I had ordered 5 but when the delivery arrived there were 10 bulbs, after checking my order I had actually ordered 10 but was sure I only entered 5 in the amounts section!!”
