“I ordered a lampoff yourselves a panel LED 300mm x 1200mmit came the very next day which was great. It was wrapped in a single layer of corrigated cardboard. Inside this was a layer of bubble wrap and then the lamp. It was damaged beyond use all the back was dented and caved in. We contacted yourselves and had a nice apology and a second one was sent. This arrived again cardboard ripped. We opened it to find the lens compoletley smashed. Contacted you again spoke to a lady and told her the packaging was uselss and that it should have handle with care or fragile tape on it. The third one arrived at 11.30am today I photographed the parcel as it was when it arrived ripped again. We have opened the package and I have took photos again and a video the third one again is dented. This lamp is going onto a new customers work station we cannot send it out with a damaged light that would be the end of us as a supplier. We have had a number of lights off youin the past and they all cam in proper cardboard boxes which were wrapped in Bubble wrap and then strong cardboard no problems. This must be costing you money we cant be the only people buying these lamps off yourselves it needs sorting out. Thanks Barry Bowen Managing Director AFTSL”

“A High Quality product and excellent service,the light was very speedily despatched and delivered, unfortunately the light has so far proven to be unresponsive to having it's settings altered and also it seems to be quite dim compared to the unit removed.... excellent service,but mixed results with the ordered product so far...”

“Needed some G24q-1 bulbs ordered on Wednesday night with me by Friday. They came well packaged so they did not break on route. They were very reasonably priced too. You did much better than another well known retailer who delivered me package of smashed bulbs.”

“Amazing delivery, my order came the next day. Very well packed. I had all the tracking information I needed during delivery. VAT invoice sent straight away. I say all the above because with some supplies I have to chase up delivery dates and also ask for the VAT invoice to be forwarded to me. Thank you, I will definitely be using Lamp Shop again 👍👍😃”

“2 out of 3 boxes on back order, but all 3 came within a week of ordering, not installed the lights so cannot omment on them but service wish brilliant.”

“Needed a tube to replace an old fluorescent light that had started to flicker, after a bit of searching online I found LampShopOnline they had just what I needed, in stock and a fantastic price. Placed my order and it was delivered next day (very impressed), fitting was easy as it’s like for like fitting, tube gives a bright but warm light perfect for my kitchen. I have other tubes that need replacing and I will be definitely using LampShopOnline again they have a great range, great prices and great delivery”

“I discoverd the lampShopOnline and was able to find the correct Halogen 12 volt 20 watt lighr bulb for my shower.I had tried in the local stores with no luck.The light bulb fits into the center of the fan.”
