“Susan who was the sales coordinator was very professional and understood exactly which product i needed and she described the different light levels that i would probably need for my garage and workshop and after the delivery which was on time the light tubes were so bright and crystal clear i should have changed my old tubes to LED type years ago. “I have replaced T5 ceiling lights with 6000K daylight panel LED's. one panel from nine was damaged in transit, the replacement arrived before the electrician did. Installation was straightforward the slim panels are very easy to install. The results are fantastic, customers have been very positive and another local business has asked where i got them from. Service from LampShop online was faultless and the panel LED's are very good value.”

“First set of tube lights arrived damaged. It was only packaged in bubllewrap, not labeled fragile. Sent an email and they sent out another set but no one awknowleged my email. Not a great service. Not sure why a lightning company isn't using cardboard packaging and not bothering to label packages as fragile.”

“I ordered 12 5ft LED replacement tubes to retrofit existing fluorescent fittings. The pack was well presented with plenty of cushioning material and there was no difficulty in fitting the new lamps. I am bery pleased weith the items and the service”

“Lamps not packaged well one tiny piece of bubble wrap - broken when arrived. Sent email with photos and have received no response. Paid over £15 for nothing! Usually don’t like people leaving poor reviews but disappointed.”
