“As a wiser man (meerkat, actually) than me once said, "Simples!" Once I found the website, and identified what it was that I thought I needed, I confirmed this with the "anything we can help you with text box", then clicked on the item. Various methods of payment were proffered and my credit card was readily accepted. I chose next day delivery and my goods arrived before 11.00am. Like I say, it could not have been simpler!”

“Incorrect items! Nothing wrong with the back to basic products; I've put in several orders now. But last two orders have had missing parts or wrong items. The direction of a fire exit sign is important! Waiting for a response but they have been quick in the past to rectify issues.”
