“ Worst customer service ordered online divan bed and headboard and the mattress didn't come with order, every excuse has been used and I have rang numerous times to ask when it's coming as had 3 delivery dates and no one turned up they dont care when you ring up to ask why yet again it hasnt been delivered taking 2 afternoons of work to wait for it,very unhelpful customer service lady called Nicola who perhaps is in the wrong job and would be better suited doing something else. ”
