“The Land registry initially supplied the wrong documents, including to British Gas who think I am the owner of some railway arches and have sent me no less than three bills because BG have decided that I operate a business there. I then asked Land Registry for the correct documents which came swiftly.”

“Their records go only as far as 1986 and the Title Plan sent only shows the boundary, doesn't show all the coloured information referred to in the in the Register of Title (e.g. details of all matters affecting ownership; such as easements , restrictive covenants, registered mortgages and charges, maintenanc eresponsibilities, registered old deeds etc.), contrary to what they advise on the request page that if you want to see what the colours mean you should order both... Misrepresentation?
Waste of money and time trying to get further information.”
